A lot of cookbooks that offer low/lower fat recipes also include the grams of carbos, proteins and fat per serving. Using these guidelines, it is easy to figure out how to fit the dessert into a meal plan for most diabetics. Anne Lindsay’s cookbooks (available in Canada) also include the CDA’s food choice values (I’m not sure whether these are equivalent to US exchanges). I don’t know of any web pages for recipes, but you might search using "low fat (or sugar free) recipes." Good luck.
