Huntin Ban In Arizona!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
Question:
- Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Well, personally, nothing gives me more pleasure than a big ol pile of dead coyotes. except of course an even bigger pile of ground hogs. Danged varmints. Matt, I smacked a ground hog that was eating a neighbor’s garden about a month ago. Tried a 2/0 Wulff and a big nymph first, but he wouldn’t rise. Then a whistle and a 55 grain 22-250 at about 250 yds. End of story. — Tom Brown The Signal Group Wake Forest, NC
Tom, You may be interested in coming up here for this years ground hog day festivities. Aside from his usual imbibing, this year Matt is in charge of the GH parkway roadkill race. 10 points per kilt hog. 1st place is a free meal (beverage not included) at the blue plate diner. Last years winner, the gregarious and honourable Wilton "three-eyed" Alderbasher, is set to defend his title with a new and enlarged snow-plow attached to his monster truck. He welcomes all challengers, saying, " git en me way, ya goin ovah da cliff." Anyway, it’s a hell of alot more challenging than shooting coyotes…… what a bunch of pussies. –Wataugan Walt
Response:
The Arizona Game and Fish Commission has two motions on the floor to ban contest hunts for furbearing (e.g., coyotes primarily) and non-game animals (e.g., praire dogs). The first motion will ban all hunting contest for econimic benefit, and the second motion will ban all contest. We need your help here in Arizona to stop this ban. Please write to the Arizona Game and Fish listing each and every reason you can think of to stop this ban. Please write to the following people:

bans. Does anyone have all the E-mail addresses of the Arizona Game and Fish Department yet? We also need to demand that the Federal Trappers stop shooting coyotes from aircraft and that they must identify such activities to the public and local area months in advance any plans to do so.
