Altace/Ramipril causing High BG's?

According to my specialist it is the first drug of choice for diabetics (I hated it and got off at the first opportunity for personal reasons!) Ratty — Type 2 since 93 Done the tablets, now it’s Humalog Mix 25/75

Altace is noted for lowering blood sugars. Some clinical studies indicate that it is an anti-heart attack drug for diabetics and seems to slow the progression of T2 in folks.
