Response:
Blueberry Crumble Serves 2 1 cup blueberries 1 tablespoon splenda (optional) 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum 1/3 cup pecans 2 tablespoons oats 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon splenda (optional) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon For the filling: Place the blueberries in a small bowl. Stir together the splenda and xanthan gum in a small cup, and add to the berries; toss with your hands to combine. Place the mixture in a ramekin. For the topping: Chop the nuts finely. In a small bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, and the splenda, using your hands or a fork to blend them. Work in the butter, using a fork or the tips of your fingers, until it is evenly distributed in the topping. Stir in the nuts. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling. Bake at 350
