130 pounds is quite low for someone 5′ 8" tall, especially for men (your first name suggests that you’re a man to me, as "Scott" is almost always a man’s name in the US).  Your BMI right now is just over 25, which makes you only slightly overweight.  At 130, your BMI would be 20, which is lower than the "healthy" zone would indicate. Of course, not knowing your lean body mass or frame size, this is just off the cuff, but I’m concerned.  Have you run this goal by your doctor? T.
