Hi Mary It’s what polite posters put in front of the subject to warn readers in a hurry that it is not directly to do with diabetes support. So, if you want to post something on politics, or a joke, or just something that’s interesting but nothing to do with diabetes or support, it helps to put it there. There are some readers who have limited time or bandwidth available who particularly appreciate the courtesy. Incidentally, I’ve found that OT: gets cut by google users, so OT/ works better.
