The pathogenic role of inflammation in T2 diabetes
Question:
G’day G’day Folks, One question I have wondered about for some time was if inflammation was a contributing factor in the onset of T2 diabetes. Here at last is some evidence that it is, http://diabetes.medscape.com/reuters/prof/2001/07/07.19/20010718epid0… Of course this doesn’t immediately answer the question of whether fish oils, quercitin or any other specific dietary anti-inflammatory might be a wise precaution for people whose family history suggests they at risk of contracting T2 diabetes. Still it is a step in the right direction. Have fun, — Quentin Grady ^ ^ / New Zealand, #,#< [ / / "… and the blind dog was leading." http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/quentin
