That is true. The message to the newsgroups should be changed but the message to the servers should be unchanged with a full header and a line which says what the senders complaint is. Like,,,,advertsing is not allowed by charter and reported to the ISPs involved. Harv

The company background is that Legacy for Life’s parent company, Arkion Life Sciences, LLC,is a spin-off of DCV, Inc. (DuPont ConAgra Visions) that: 1. is sole holder of the patents passed down from the two parents, 2. provides a level of separation for marketing purposes. 3. runs BioChoice with an iron hand. As MLM’s go they appear to be no better or worse than run of the mill. The company’s TOS includes this statement: ‘Legacy for Life’ does not condone spamming as an acceptable form of mass marketing of the BioChoice product line. Therefore, the company prohibits Distributors from using spamming as a methodology for promoting and/or marketing the BioCoice product line or the ‘Legacy for Life’ business opportunity. …Any distributor that is reported for spamming as defined above will be formally warned of their violation. ….. The only problem with this is that they do not list an addy for abuse on either the .com or .net sites. Umm. It duplicates the wasted traffic, which is part of the problem for spam. However, including a pointer both to the scammer’s web site and a reference or explanation of why it is garbage is free speech at its best. Otherwise you’re repeating what I consider one of Ted Rosenberg’s worst errors: if you’re going to insult or refute something properly, you have to identify the target…. I’ve seen references to BioChoice being a Multi-Level Marketing scam. Is there a decent reference or explanation of this online that we can point people to?
