Well, it’s good to have friends.  Today’s my birthday (39 for the 10th time) and my *wonderful wonderful* friends gave me movie coupons (I’ll see anything for the $2 admission), lots of low carb goodies–cheese, sausage, steaks and chicken (frozen stuff) and nut flour and some LC bars for treats.  Are these people supportive or what???  Next time it will be clothes that I’ll be able to buy!
