Thanks to all those who gave me helpful advice while I’ve visited this forum. I credit Jenny, Luna, and others.  I’ve reached my goal weight of 160, along with much better cholesterol and triglyceride profiles, and you’ve helped a lot. I’ve lost this weight while eating homemade pizza and brownies, ice cream, chocolate, popcorn, and cereal, among other treats, in moderation. (And while raising a 1-year-old baby by myself 4 days a week!) New folks who want the lowdown on how to control their appetites while eating occasional treats can read Atkins for Life.
