N e 1 tried the Kellogs diet?

My problem is I don’t weigh the stuff and some of the new cereals are Grrreeeeaaaatttt!! kidding (just!). Angie

While this isn’t the worst fad diet I have ever seen, it is hardly a way to lose weight safely and keep it off. Unless you plan on eating cereal for the rest of life. Yuck! BTW, 8 pounds in 3 weeks for a new dieter is not all that much, in fact a lot of people eat better and more food and lose more. Ask your fiend if they kept the weight off and what made them stop using the diet. it might be an eye opener for you. One thing I can’t understand about these fad diets is that they take a humongous amount of motivation and hard effort to stay on. If people would just put half that effort in actually changing their lifestyle, they would lose weight easier and much more healthy. Why bother? That’s not really any more lost weight than you’d lose from a sensible diet of varied foods anyway.

sounds too unhealthy- you are eating too much of the same thing and are lacking other nutrients. Try focusing on getting proper amounts of carbs, proteins and fats- too much cereal will head you to the bathroom several times a day!! LOL Good luck!! Peggy 210/199/120
