To avoid confusion

Categories: Diabetes Cure

Question:

Hi I have been posting occasionally in this group now for about a year, sometimes asking for advice, sometimes offering it as and when required. Just to avoid any confusion, I have no connection whatsoever to (other than through name) nor do I know the person named Luke who has recently posted on the subject of the two D’s, Diabetes and Drugs. The only advice I may offer this other person with the same name as me is that I once read somewhere in the normal press that use of drugs such as ‘Coke’ (I assume by this he means Cocaine) can lead to kidney damage and failure. Since we are all at higher risk of this anyway, I would not like to be in his shoes. Regards Luke (B) T1 since 09/00 NovoRapid as and when required + 20u Lantus *1 daily.

What an idiot you are, your traces above mean absolutely NOTHING!! You’re effectively saying everyone on Usenet with a particular name in your eyes is one and the same, just posting from different accounts on different computers with a very slightly different name each time. Yes I posted from a work account this morning and I am now posting from home, and yes, believe it or not, I do happen to have a BT Openworld account at home just like the other poster. One could just as easily say YOU are the other poster, just having changed your name and the computer setup from which you are posting!! At the end of the day, to me it hardly matters what you think, I know I’m not the same person as the drugged up idiot posting with the same name as me. That’s what matters to me and those who know me in real life, not those like you on Usenet who like to show off their very limited internet knowledge.

On the contrary – the service you used to post this does not allow munged or otherwise altered/false return mail addresses. This is clearly stated in their TOS which you have contravened in making this post. I am also curious to see what your employers will think of your activities. Except my access is quite different from yours which is particular. I myself do not feel that this Luke is the same as that Luke cause that Luke acted different than this Luke huh? after getting swankered by the swanking Luke I was worried thinking what if it was a reg. so i searched Luke and worried it was the same I do not think that the swanking Luke had the brains to make the posts of the non swanker Luke. because the non swanker Luke sounded pretty mature and the swanker Luke didn’t sound like even on a good day can sound like the non swanker Luke unless of course that the non swanker Luke stayed up a few days doing coke and turned into a swanker Luke. but then the non swanker Luke said he’s not that swanker Luke and even if the non swanker Luke is indeed the swanker Luke by him saying that he’s not the swanker Luke mean he wants to stay here and needs our help and that the swanker Luke is really a result of a coke problem that he is admitting to by saying he’s not the swanker Luke so he can stay? than shouldn’t we let him? — "Sushi-Boy" Diabetes to some it is a curse for me its a CURE. http://www.diabetes.org/main/application/commercewf?origin=*.jsp&even…) – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – <original snipped for brevity Path:btnet-feed3!btnet!itchen! [snip] When you can prove this was the same person I will give you credit. Andrew.

I am convinced it is. For me that is sufficient. Your award of credit, is to me, meaningless and of nil value. nuff said. Pete

<snip Now why did that remind me of the intro for the much-lamented sitcom "Soap"? Confused? You will be. Phildo

Pete, you are small-minded, rude and inconsiderate. Seemingly you are unable to argue without anger, or more importantly fore-thought on what you are going to say. Frankly I would rate you lower that Luke, who posted about diabetes and drugs. While he’s screwing his own body up at least he’s a) learning about what he’s doing to himself and b) can respond intelligently to different opinions about his chosen lifestyle. You wold do well to learn from his netiquette. nuff said.

VEry probably. I got 5 diabetes groups on my server that I found so far. Got diagnosed with type 2 a couple of months ago and it scared the hell out of me (although I’ve had it for a couple of years apparently). More info I can get on what is trying to kill me (anything other than ex-girlfriends that is) the better. Never been a drinker, quit smoking and am slowly getting into shape (or at least human-shaped instead of blobbish). aren’t you a newbie? To diabetes yes but not to usenet. Been posting on the pro sound newsgroup for years and used to post to a few of the goth newsgroups before I realised what a bunch of tossers goths really are. I use to love that show Soap i think it was the funniest show ever.. well now I love Mad TV. Only mad TV I get is what I manage to download of kazaa. Can’t get cable where I live and I spend too much time on the road to bother with much TV anyway. Are you a yank or a brit? Phildo
